1-on-1 Coaching Sessions
Supplemental 1-on-1 coaching sessions are also available through TriNav Training, and can be scheduled by anyone - this means you don't need to be registered in one of the online training packages to book a 1-on-1 session! These sessions are designed to focus on a particular set of technical skills that are critical to the sport of triathlon, and will include drills and exercises that will improve your confidence and efficiency during training. Expect continual feedback from your coach, as we aim to address the unique strengths and weaknesses of each athlete.
