Navigating the daily excitement of triathlon training can be a daunting task. Swim sets, bike rides, run sessions and transition practice may make up the majority of your workout schedule, but aspects of nutrition and recovery also need to be factored into your race preparation.
Through the services offered at NavTri, and the occasional articles posted to this blog, I hope to provide guidance, motivation, and useful tips that will help improve your athletic endeavors.
