Bike Skills Session
Service Description
Proper cycling technique is a paramount yet frequently overlooked skill for the majority of athletes. However, considering the amount of training we do on the bike, how much time during a race we spend on the bike, and how fast we go on the bike, learning proper handling skills should be prioritized before training intensity, to ensure that we are always safe when we ride. This session will consist of a number of skills and drills that focus on improving overall bike handling, such as cornering, stopping, dismounting, and balancing. This session will be designed based on the athlete, so more advanced skills including group riding and drafting can be covered as well. Things to bring with you: - Bike Gear: (bike, helmet, short, jersey, water bottle, etc.) - Notebook and pen: (in case you like to take notes)
