Run Technique Session

This session focuses on developing your running efficiency, through a series of coach-led drills and exercises. You'll have continual feedback and analysis of your running form, posture and cadence, and we'll work to improve your body awareness and understanding of how your body should move in order to run smoothly. Things to bring with you: - Running Gear (shoes, shirt, shorts, hat, watch, water bottle, etc.) - Notebook and pen (in case you want to take notes)
